Program Information
Progreso Latino has one of the only bilingual/bi-cultural programs for the elderly in the state of Rhode Island. We provide assistance to seniors who are age 60 and older, and adults with disabilities. Progreso Latino provides seniors with a wide array of services, activities, support and information to ensure better health outcomes and choices for long term care.

My Health Care Trackers are fraud-fighting tools that are available for free to beneficiaries through the SMP National Resource Center. The Diocese of Providence's CareBreaks Program offers a program of respite services to the primary caregivers of eligible individuals through Information, Referral and Service Coordination, and a respite break. This is a cost-sharing program with services available on a statewide basis.
