PCF Development está ofreciendo clases de Educación para Compradores de Viviendas aprobadas por HUD de 8 horas. Las clases se llevan a cabo durante dos horas a la semana en un período de cuatro semanas.

Las clases ofrecen un panorama integral del proceso de propiedad de vivienda desde pre-compra hasta el cierre y están diseñadas para ayudar a los compradores a tomar decisiones informadas en todo el proceso de compra.

PCF Development is now offering HUD-approved 8 hour Homebuyer Education Classes. The classes are held for two hours each week over a four week period.
The classes provide a comprehensive overview of the homeownership process from pre-purchase to closing and are designed to help buyers make informed decisions throughout the homebuying process.


White House Drug Policy Office Awards $125,000 to Local Coalition to Prevent Youth Substance Use in Central Falls

Grants Support Administration Efforts to Emphasize Prevention Among Youth

Washington D.C. – September 2nd, Michael Botticelli, Director of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP), announced $85.9 million in grants for 698 Drug-Free Communities (DFC) Support Programs across the country. The grants will provide funding to local community coalitions for preventing youth substance use, including prescription drugs, marijuana, tobacco, and alcohol. The Central Falls Prevention Coalition from Central Falls, Rhode Island was one of the grant recipients and will receive $125,000 in DFC grant funds to involve and engage their local community to prevent substance use among youth.

Roger Williams University Partners with Progreso Immigration Office

The Roger Williams University Immigration Clinic has offered to volunteer their 3rd year Immigration Law students to give Immigration related legal advice at Progreso Latino. They will be accepting cases based on need, circumstances, etc.
